I absolutely hate George Clooney movies. So, when I picked up Leatherheads, I will confess my expectations were a bit low. However, after watching the movie, I do feel my low expectations were justified. It just wasn’t any good.
I liked the concept behind this movie. There are plenty of …

Though it still rates as a “B movie,” Zack Snyder’s 2004 remake of the 1978 Romero cult classic still rates as a smart, mostly consistent, and occasionally humorous film. I wouldn’t finger the movie as being a turning point in the zombie genre, but it’s certainly a high point, …

How laughable this film was. I am almost ashamed to admit that I rented it from Netflix. Usually, I will see the Asian original before seeing the Americanized version. This is one instance where I wish I had. For the most part, the …

First off, I must say that I am a very big fan of the Green Lantern comics and have been for over a decade. The reader needs to know of my bias towards this film. Unfortunately, there will be a few spoilers, but I’ll try to keep them at …

I was expecting The Invention of Lying to be a romantic comedy, and only a decent one, because while I love Ricky Gervais, I do not enjoy the movies which Jennifer Garner does. I figured Gervais’ wonderful, sarcastic, dry, British humour would carry this movie. While Gervais was great, …
