From January 1984, Masquerade: Caribbean Holiday is a so-so entry for this TV series. The series itself didn’t go over very well. I was one of the small minority who actually did watch it. I liked the unique concept of a spy agency getting every day …

Synopsis: This SyFy Channel show has Chef Marcel attempting to make meals for weddings, etc. using some unique scientific methods and experiments while in his kitchen.

Though the opening bit is rather cute, the rest of That Girl: Fur All We Know perturbs me on several levels. At the beginning of this show, Don takes Ann to a big party for the wealthy jet set. While he’s doing his business, he tells his …

The Ray Bradbury Theater: Touch of Petulance from October 1990 guest starred Eddie Albert as Jonathan Hughes. It also stars Jesse Collins as Jonathan Hughes. No, they aren’t father and son; they are one in the same. That’s because Albert’s Hughes goes back in time to try …

This morning while looking at television and flipping through channels I saw one of my favourite cartoons being shown. On Cartoon Network there is a cartoon named Ben 10. In this cartoon a kid on vacation with his grandpa and cousin happens upon an alien “watch” whose correct name …

Stargate SG-1: One False Step is one of my very favorite episodes of the series, mainly because there is such wonderful interplay between the characters of Jack (Richard Dean Anderson) and Daniel (Michael Shanks). These two performers have such awesome comedic timing. They can speak in unison, …

I can’t believe how much cinemax has changed. I used to have it and I glad I don’t pay for it anymore. I had it free over the weekend and I don’t see why anybody would pay for this channel anymore, especially not a high price for it. I …

The Prisoner: Harmony is the second of six episodes of this updated science fiction show. The one thing it definitely retains when compared to the sixties original is the strangeness of it all. The Village is still there, but it’s less bright and vibrant than the old …

Finally a case in New York City! Someone was going around killing convicts that got off for one reason or another. That leads to that thought, does this unsub really need to be stopped? That bottles down to a question of ethics. If the law cant touch the …

This show apparently follows singer Monica in her quest for completing a new single. I heard this was going to be a reality show series about Monica. But in fact, this is really a show Bryan Michael Cox put together to emphasize the necessities of putting together …

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers: The Man in the White Hat is the second episode and it’s always been one of my favorites because of the intensity of the family drama. In this episode, Crane McFadden (Peter Horton) is insistent that the family participate in a co-op for …

One of the interesting things about the earlier episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer is the fact you really never get to learn too much about the librarian Giles and his past.
The episode The Dark Ages changes that.
This was actually a very good episode both because we learn Giles …

Man, why does so many episodes take place in Florida? I’m beginning to wonder about the sanity of the state. This was a good episode though. The team was being invited to do interviews with a couple on death row. The husband had kidnapped and killed blond girls. His …

Directed by Alan Alda, who also stars as Hawkeye Pierce, M*A*S*H: Yessir, That’s Our Baby tackles a delicate subject — babies born of an American G.I. and a South Korean woman. It all begins innocently enough when a baby is left outside the Swamp. A note is …

From November 1993, The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.: Crystal Hawks started off with great curiosity as our hero is on the run, having been accused of murder. While I’m not that thrilled with the murderous drama of the tale, I did like guest star Sheena Easton as …

Stargate SG-1: The Fifth Man is a fairly entertaining entry for the fifth season of this science fiction series.

The 7th Season of MASH seemed to focus a lot on the stuff the characters were missing while in Korea, ranging from them learning new medical techniques they weren’t aware of to them arranging a get-together of their families back home.
They also spend much of the season dealing with …

This is the last episode of the show Life on Mars and I must say that I was pretty anxious to see how all this confusion, uncertainties and time travel situation would end. I mean, I knew there’s got to be some reasonable explanation for what happened to …

I don’t watch this Supernatural television series, so I don’t even know the setup of the story. All I really know is that it’s a science fiction series that airs on the CW network at the moment. However, I had to watch this episode because Michael Shanks …

This was one of the darker episodes of the series and considering that the show is based on a Stephen King novel, I think that’s saying a lot. The episode starts with Johnny and Bruce driving down the road and listening to the radio. A local shock jock is …

This is a show that occurs in the fifth season of the popular sitcom, and it is one of my favorities as it has a lot going on throughout the show and it definitely does not leave room for any boring parts.
The show features Joey fantasizng about his friend …

As crazy as it sounds, the tenth episode of the 1980 private detective show, Tenspeed and Brown Shoe, was called simply Untitled. That’s one way to solve a problem when you don’t know what to call an episode. The series stars Ben Vereen and Jeff Goldblum, both …

Bring ‘Em Back Alive: The Hostage starts out with one of those cliffhanger scenes, with Buck saving himself from being run over by a truck by clinging to the undercarriage and climbing up. This show loves to do those old movie house devices, making you think there was …

Dan Sick was the 38th episode of Highway Patrol’s third season, and it focused on Chief Dan Mathews, as played by Broderick Crawford, becoming ill quite suddenly. Though I have issues with how the show proceeded in spots, it was actually an enjoyable half hour that had me interested …

One of my very small pet peeves about Stargate SG-1 is that oftentimes in the early years, if there was a child’s story, it was always Richard Dean Anderson’s character who had the poignant connection with the child. The only exception was Cassandra, the alien child Sam had …

The Twilight Zone: The Incredible World of Horace Ford isn’t a show I particularly look for, but it’s okay. The late Pat Hingle stars as the title character of Horace Ford. He’s 38 years old, and he just wants to live a happy life. However, he’s …

This was a very interesting episode, although it seemed a little bit strange. Somehow it felt like the events were rushed a bit and that things were all of a sudden going to well for the team of prisoners in the story, after such a long time, where things …

The seventh week of Celebrity Apprentice - UK was fairly interesting. I think it was probably more fun for those who actually live in the UK, though. The reason for this is that the task for the week had the teams attempting to negotiate with various notable …
