  • I have particularly enjoyed the sections when he analyses what it takes to be a leader and how you can win the respect of your colleagues , build proper business ties and cultivate alliances
  • He can be quite rude, nasty and slightly hostile in his writings, but the truth is this book will definitely give you an advantage

Rogue warrior managemenet secets is an excellent book for anybody who would like to get involved in the world of business. This has been written by one of the US Navy’s most notable Seals. What I really liked about this book is the way he breaks down the idea of planning and organization. Let’s face it a business will not have a proper direction if

it does not have a proper business plan .

That’s when The rogue warrior management secrets come in handy. What you can expect to learn are exremely valuable lessons based on war and business about how to lead , plan and limit damage.

      • of your colleagues , build proper business ties and cultivate alliances.

What you can expect to get out of this is a treasure trove of useful information, especially from the detailed studies he makes on a couple of corporations. You will learn what it takes to be a valuable team leader as well as a team player.

All in all on the positive side, this book

is extremely useful when you are getting started in your business. It will provide you with the right mind set and skills necessary to move forward.

The downside however is the language. Richard Marcinko does not use a politically correct style. He can be quite rude, nasty and slightly hostile in his writings, but the truth is this book will definitely give you an advantage.
