This episode of Smallville brought on the reappearance of Pete Ross. When I first saw him standing there I was happy to see him remembering him from season two. Then five minutes into it I remembered how much

I hated this character in the first place.

The core story in this episode is that Pete has developed meteor powers and is ready to share them with the world as he doesn’t want to live a lie like Clark.

Throughout the episode Pete is whiny, complains a lot and blames everyone else for his problems. He blames Clark for ruining his life by asking him to keep his secret and seems to think he is a real “hero”. Newsflash,

real heroes don’t blame other people for their inability to be happy in life.

Anyway, Pete leaves in the end powerless. Thank god. Lets keep him away, no more Pete episodes for the love of god.

      Jimmy and Kara split

which was good as the Kara and Lex thing is proving to be far more interesting, and the Jimmy and Chloe thing is meant to be.

Lana like usual does nothing except stand there and look concerned.

One of my least favourite episodes by far.
