I have discovered this recipe from experimenting. This was one of those which learned from attending culinary institute however, I wanted to alter some of the ingredients and incorporate some of my own. This kind of cake uses raw fruits as ingredients. It is like window cathedral however, instead of gelatin, this uses fruits. It is not quite heavy too because when

you eat it, you will 80% of the ingredients are fruits.

      Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups sweetened condense filled milk, chilled

1 1/2 cups evaporated filled milk

      2 cups eggyolks

      1/4 cup flour

1 pack Crema all purpose cream, chilled

2 pcs butter chiffon cake, cut into 1/4 “slices

      2 cups of strawberries

      2 cups of peaches

      2 cups of mangoes

1 pack all purpose cream, chilled and whipped

a deep pie plate or bowl. Pour prepared fruit filling and top with more cake slices. Top with 1/4 inch whipped cream. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Embellish with sliced strawberries and mangoes and peaches sliced into wedges.

You need to arrange the fruits well in a transparent bowl to make it look attractive when you serve it. The butter cake

must be thinly sliced and correctly placed in order not to soften the entire pattern of ingredients. Topping it with whipped cream must be 1/4 inch otherwise it will be too insipid. Do not alter the fruit ingredients with other fruits. Apple do not complement the soft sweet taste of peach and mango. Lemon makes the mixture sour so I won’t suggest it either.
