Okay, 500 Days of Summer was not exactly my choice of a movie. The trailers didn’t look that appealing…but at least they were honest.

The movie was watch-able. I suppose it’s possible to believe that it’s a relationship from a guys point of view, but I really don’t see guys as the audience for

this movie. There was no action. The movie basically flipped from date to date, so it was all about his encounters (or lack thereof) with this one girl.

I cannot tell, but I think it would have been easier to watch if it had been in chronological order. Or if they had covered more ...

      • than a few hours before flipping to another date. If you weren’t paying attention, and even if you were, it became annoying. (Not difficult to follow, just a feeling of gee, why is this scene in here?) Of course, had they decreased the number of scenes, you wouldn’t get a sense of the
whole story, so I think they might have been stuck.

I liked the actors, but I think I liked them better in the other tv shows or movies that I’ve seen them in.

In general, it was a pleasant enough movie, just not one that I would go to any effort to actually watch.
