  • I do not remember exactly what phone I got but the phone looked good and was cool but there was one problem, the phone did not get very good service anywhere
  • The customer service was so rude every time I called and was not helpful at all and did not keep their word and even charged me the cancelation fee when I finally canceled the service due to the billing issue and being dealt with by rude customer service agents
  • I do not know how Verizon Wireless Customer service reps are over the phone now a days but this bad experience is enough for me to tell you and anybody else to stay away from Verizon Wireless due to their customer service that they have on the phone lines

      Verizon Wireless customer service over the phone is horrible and sucks. Well at least it did years ago when I had service through Verizon Wireless, which was about 4 or 5 years ago. Anyways I purchased a Verizon Wireless phone from one of their retail store locations and the phone was great. I do not remember exactly what phone I got but the phone looked good and was cool but there was one problem, the phone did not get very good service anywhere. The phone did not even work in my own home or even anywhere around it while

      other phones through different wireless providers worked perfectly.

      So I make a call to Verizon Wireless Customer service and they said that there should be service where I was living and that they would send me a new phone. Well the same problem happen with the next phone and finally they sent a third phone. Well needless to say I was mad but what really made me even madder was that I tried to use the phone/phones to make calls and I kept dropping them and I ended up being charged a little over $500 for all the calls ...


      • but more than half the calls were dropped calls. I called up Verizon Wireless and even the operator told me that there were way too many dropped calls and that I would not be charged for the calls dropped which should have brought down my bill to around $200. They never did what they said they were going to do and I even wrote them a letter asking them to do what they would say. I called repeatedly and got a different answer to the same question, the question as to why no money was being knocked off my
