  • Best of all, I love that Urban Decay’s eyeshadow Primer Potion is a cruelty-free product, and it’s easy to find because it’s sold anywhere that sells Urban Decay products
  • The price isn’t very appealing either, a tube can cost anywhere between $17 to $22

I have been dying to get my hands on Urban Decay’s eyeshadow Primer Potion since the moment I heard about it. I first discovered Urban Decay as a brand a year ago while watching many Youtube makeup tutorial videos. The product that I heard a lot of raving about was their eyeshadow Primer Potion. As much as I wanted to try this product out I just couldn’t get myself to spend that much money on a single makeup item, but when I saw a big sale at ULTA

I couldn’t pass it up. The following are my pros and cons to Urban Decay’s Eyeshadow Primer Potion.

I’ll start off with the pros to this eyeshadow primer first. What I liked about Urban Decay Primer Potion was that it didn’t go on oily, sticky or greasy, and it blended out evenly and smoothly. This eyeshadow primer also lasted all day and worked like magic for most of my eyeshadows. It made my good eyeshadows last all day without creasing or fading. It did wonders for even my cheapest

eyeshadows by reducing the creasing and fading. I also liked that it came in matte and shimmer, and that the color is nude but goes on clear. It didn’t irritate my eyelids, nor did it feel heavy. Best of all, I love that Urban Decay’s eyeshadow Primer Potion is a cruelty-free product, and it’s easy to find because it’s sold anywhere that sells Urban Decay products. I really liked that unique genie bottle like tube, and the mess free applicator that comes with it. There’s also no scent ...

to it which is great too.

There were a few downsides to Urban Decay’s eyeshadow Primer Potion too. As much as I loved this product I got annoyed with the packaging very quickly. The tip of the applicator tilted to the side which made pulling it out of the tube a little difficult. A few times I have even accidentally wasted products because clumps of it went flying off the brush as I struggled to pull it out of the tube. I also don’t like the design of

the tube. I mean, it’s cute and all but not very practical because to get all of the product out of the tube you’d have to cut it open. The applicator doesn’t reach certain areas of the tube at the very bottom. The price isn’t very appealing either, a tube can cost anywhere between $17 to $22.

Overall though, I love the product and I do plan on purchasing it again. But I’ll wait until there’s a sale because no cosmetic product is worth spending $20 on unless it’s a wrinkle cream.
