  • I like how Lelouch’s chess playing abilities translate to tactical genius
  • I like how the battle plays out like a Chess match and how all the fighters are like Chess pieces, it’s an interesting analogy that makes sense for the show, since Lelouch is a Chess master
  • I enjoyed Karen Strassman as Kallen Stadtfeld, she did a great job and gives an excellent performance as Kallen Stadtfeld
  • I recommend it for any anime fan looking for a good show to watch

Code Geass is a Japanese anime that aired on Adult Swim last year. Episode 2 begins as Lelouch uses his newfound powers to steal a Knightmare Frame from Villetta. He then contacts the “terrorist” Japanese resistance and uses his tactical genius to turn the tide of battle. Meanwhile Suzaku is given a new Knightmare Frame called the Lancelot to join the battle in hopes of finding Lelouch.

This episode is really good, it’s fast paced and entertaining. I like how Lelouch’s chess playing abilities

translate to tactical genius. It’s very action packed and there are plenty of surprises in this episode. I like how Prince Clovis reacts to what happens throughout the episode.

I like how the battle plays out like a Chess match and how all the fighters are like Chess pieces, it’s an interesting analogy that makes sense for the show, since Lelouch is a Chess master. I also like the character development for Lelouch and Suzaku, and how they aren’t flat characters and that ...

      • they both want to do the right thing, but have different ways of going about it.

I enjoyed Karen Strassman as Kallen Stadtfeld, she did a great job and gives an excellent performance as Kallen Stadtfeld. She’s an interesting character who is worth watching because there’s a reason why she’s resisting the Britannian Empire.

Code Geass is an entertaining show with plenty of action, suspense and political intrigue that make it quite enjoyable. I recommend it for any anime fan looking for a good show to watch.

There’s also an interesting confrontation at the end that I won’t spoil for you. You’ll have to watch it for yourself. I highly recommend this show because it’s got a little bit of everything for everyone. It also has a superb dub cast and a good music score too. Code Geass is something every anime should watch at least once.

Bandai Entertainment is streaming Code Geass on their YouTube Channel. You can also buy DVDs on Amazon.com or Rightstuf.com.
