PAM cooking spray which is based on canola oil is a very convenient cooking aid. It is very easy to just spray into the pan and will give an evenly spread oil layer. This is especially useful when there is only little quantity to fry.
This avoids any wastage of oil.
When I used liquid
oil for this kind of mild frying or less quantity frying, it was time consuming.
When I used PAM spray, the time was very well reduced and also the cleaning the pan was also easy because the oil was not there is thick layers.
