      I have already posted my recipe of stuffed peppers with hamburger meat; here is one for veggie lovers. You will need: Sweet peppers, red, green or yellow Carrots, onion, tomatoes -

      in equal proportion Parsley (fresh or flakes) Salt, sugar Prepare sweet peppers by cutting out the “butts” and removing the seeds.

      • onion, add parsley and fry it all together in vegetable oil.

        Add some salt and sugar when the veggies soften and let simmer some more.

        Stuff the peppers, place them in

        a greased pot, add just a little bit of water and cook covered for 20 minutes on low-to-medium heat.

        If you want the peppers to remain crunchy, reduce the cooking time to 10 minutes.

        The dish is served hot.
