  • The New Chapter Supercritical sinus and respritory soft gels was just such a new product I thought we could try
  • It contains natural products like oregano (who'da thunk it), and garlic and echanacea (I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong), but it also has your basic antihistamines and ibuprofen to help with fever and chills and headaches, which he was beginning to experience full-on
  • That's the major problem I had with this product, is that you had to take it with a full meal, and when you're sick, usually the last thing you want to do is bother eating
  • Now we use this as a preventative measure, and take it much like a vitamin first thing in the morning with our breakfast, especially now that it's winter and it's definitely cold and flu season here in Michigan and even with snow on the ground, or sinuses can still act up with allergy problems

With four of us (myself, my husband, and our two kids) living in our household, there usually isn’t a month that goes by that at least one of us isn’t feeling up to par. We tend to like to take as many preventative measures as possible, and really just take care of ourselves and take our daily vitamins and make sure we wash our hands regularly, but with our kids in school, and easily within distance of other sick children, and with me working at a store where children frequent, it’s pretty reasonable that one of us will eventually catch something if we are around enough sick people. And, sure enough, a few months ago, just such an occurrance took place and my oldest son came home from school feeling pretty awful. I’m actually surprised the school didn’t call me at work and ask me to pick

him up early because he came home with a fever and a stuffy congested head that just had him looking and feeling pretty miserable. We’ve tried a lot of cold medicines and such over the years and some have worked pretty good, but we don’t fear trying something new to see if perhaps it will work better than the last one. The New Chapter Supercritical sinus and respritory soft gels was just such a new product I thought we could try. My kids were old enough to be able to swallow a pill without much complaint even though, as teens, they still like to take a syrup if possible.

      • he was beginning to experience full-on. You take one tablet with a full meal and a full glass of water, preferably in the middle of the day. Since this isn’t always possible when he’s at school (if they don’t have a fever, they can go back to school), then we though right after school would be a prime time, though for the first couple days he stayed home and it didn’t matter when he took it. It was usually just when he felt like eating, which wasn’t often. That’s the major problem I had with this product, is that you had to take it with a full meal, and when you’re sick, usually the last thing you want to do is bother eating. Sometimes it’s hard to just get a piece of toast down before your done with food for the day. But, he started feeling better
the very next day, so much so, that it wasn’t a problem to get him to eat a full meal with it.

Now we use this as a preventative measure, and take it much like a vitamin first thing in the morning with our breakfast, especially now that it’s winter and it’s definitely cold and flu season here in Michigan and even with snow on the ground, or sinuses can still act up with allergy problems. I have severe allergies year round, but since I started taking these in the morning, I actually feel really good and don’t have that early morning or late night stuffy head any more. this is expensive, at $15 for 30 capsules, and with four of us taking one every day, it doesn’t go very far, but we’re willing to make the investment to get us through the tough cold season. Very nice product.
