  • It was that movie which made me wonder why I did not see her in bigger budget films since I thought the movie showed how much better an actress she was than several other young actresses who were more popular than her
  • I don't think her acting was one hundred percent perfect, but I thought that she managed to convey her character very well and make me, the audience sympathise with her
  • I recommend this to both young people and people who are looking for a fairly good movie to watch
  • When I started watching it, which was a couple minutes into the movie, I saw no sex scenes either, so I think it's fairly clean as well

I had often wondered what happened to the actress Alex Vega after the Spy Kids trilogy, as it seemed that she had just disappeared for a while. However, last night when watching the Lifetime television station, I saw her in a movie called “Odd Girl Out”. It was that movie which made me wonder why I did not see her in bigger budget films since I thought the

movie showed how much better an actress she was than several other young actresses who were more popular than her. I don’t think her acting was one hundred percent perfect, but I thought that she managed to convey her character very well and make me, the audience sympathise with her.

      • Vega played a teenage girl who was bullied by a girl who she thought was her best friend, and the girl’s clique. She was taunted and teased, and even cyber bullied to the point where the girl had a nervous breakdown and accidentally took most of her mother’s sleeping pills one night.

I personally don’t know much about life in American high schools since I’ve never been to

one, but the show seemed quite realistic to me, in fact, even more realistic than some bigger budget films which I have seen elsewhere.

I recommend this to both young people and people who are looking for a fairly good movie to watch. When I started watching it, which was a couple minutes into the movie, I saw no sex scenes either, so I think it’s fairly clean as well.
