I absolutely loved Henry Winkler when he portrayed the Fonze on Happy Days. As a movie star, I think he’s OK in a supporting role. When it comes to carrying a movie, like he did in Night

Shift, he’s just not that good. The idea behind Night Shift was a good one, two men working in a morgue decide to run a prostitution ring out of it. But, with the exception of Michael Keaton,

      • who puts on an extraordinary performance, the movie really doesn’t live up to expectations. I think a lot of it is Winkler plays a smart guy who is also a major pushover, which is a big difference
than the character he played on Happy Days and one I just can’t relate to. If they would have cast a different person in that role (maybe Robin Williams) I think the movie would have been about 10 times better.
