Blistex Deep Protection
  • I find that I like Blistex much better than Chapstick
  • I’ve tried many Blistex products and when I was at Wal-Mart a few months ago I noticed they had come out with something new called Blistex Deep Protection
  • I hadn’t known that lips could get “wrinkles” too but I have noticed my lips aren’t as full as they use to be and I’m only in my mid-twenties
  • It’s not an expensive product and in fact it doesn’t cost much more than their regular Blistex lip balm, which is around $1.50 to $2
  • I would also recommend it for those who have starting to notice that their lips are not as plump as it use to be, and it’s great for overall protection

I’m always on the look out for new lip products, especially lip balms. One of my favorite product is Blistex. I started using this brand when I grew allergic to Chapstick. I find that I like Blistex much better than Chapstick. I’ve tried many Blistex products and when I was at Wal-Mart a few months ago I noticed they had come out with something new called Blistex Deep Protection. What this product is suppose to do is protect your lips

but also fill in the lines that come with aging. I hadn’t known that lips could get “wrinkles” too but I have noticed my lips aren’t as full as they use to be and I’m only in my mid-twenties. So naturally I got curious and bought one to try out, here are my pros and cons for Blistex Deep Protection.

I’ll start off with the pros first. What I like about Blistex Deep Protection is that it actually does what it claims. It’s not an expensive product and in fact it doesn’t cost much more than their regular Blistex lip balm, which is around $1.50 to $2. It’s definitely a product that’s easily accessible because it’s available at Wal-Mart, Target and most pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. The prices don’t vary much between store so it doesn’t matter where you buy it. I like that like the rest of Blistex’s product their Deep Protection lip balm has an SPF. It works ...

well for chapped and blistered lips. It provides a cooling, soothing sensation as well. This lip balm smells nice and even tastes nice.

The main thing that Blistex Deep Protection lip balm is suppose to do is fill in the lines on your lips, which it does wonderfully. It also contains vitamins. I noticed how nicer my lips looked after the first couple of applications. I liked that it didn’t feel oily or left my lips feeling oily after drinking

water. It also lasts much longer than most of my lip balms because I didn’t have to reapply it as often.

There isn’t a negative or con to Blistex Deep Protection lip balm that I can think of. I think this lip balm is a great product and I would definitely buy it again. I would also recommend it for those who have starting to notice that their lips are not as plump as it use to be, and it’s great for overall protection.
