  • Jelly Belly Halloween Gummy Teeth Candy is a treat that I mildly enjoyed, although it is quite unlikely that I will purchase it again come next Halloween season
  • I think the makers of this treat had a novel idea that went well with the theme of the treat, but I really feel that they went overboard with how gummy this treat is
  • In terms of presentation, they created something very alluring for the Halloween season, but in terms of enjoyment, this candy unfortunately goes overboard in texture and under delivers in flavor

Jelly Belly Halloween Gummy Teeth Candy is a treat that I mildly enjoyed, although it is quite unlikely that I will purchase it again come next Halloween season. I realize that these treats are supposed to be gummy, but I did not think that they would be gummy to the extreme! Just one requires a whole lot of chewing.

It actually becomes more of a

chore to do so much chewing and the appeal of the treat quickly begins to fade.

Plus, it is important that I chew it many, many times otherwise it does not go down my throat easily and results in discomfort.

I think the makers of this treat had a novel idea that went well with the theme of the treat, but I really feel that ...

      • they went overboard with how gummy this treat is.

Plus, it really has no real lasting flavor to it, so it is not like as I am chewing and chewing and chewing some more that my taste buds are continually being treated to a sweet flavor - in a short while the sweet flavor fades and I am left chewing something that is bland and,

        well, gummy.

        It becomes borderline unpleasant.

On the upside, I think the makers of this treat did a fabulous job creating a Halloween candy that looks very much like a row of teeth with gums attached.

In terms of presentation, they created something very alluring for the Halloween season, but in terms of enjoyment, this candy unfortunately goes overboard in texture and under delivers in flavor.
