We call this dish “Porcupines” in our family, because these meatballs have rice in them and, well, kinda look like cute little porcupines. You will need: 1 lb of hamburger meat 1 egg 1/2 cup

of instant rice 1 can of tomato soup some water and salt Thaw the meat, add the egg, rice, 1/3 cup of water, and some salt. Mix it all together with your hands and make ...

      • meatballs, a bit larger than the size of a ping-pong ball. Pour the tomato soup into a pot, add some water (I use the soup can for that, filling it up to two-thirds with water
and then pouring it out into the pot). Stir the sauce, put the meatballs in it, cover with a lid and cook of medium heat until the sauce starts bubbling. When it does, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.
