This is one of the best brands of tobacco out there on the market, and has become my preferred brand.

Unlike the more popular Golden Virginia which has a richer, but sometimes foul taste; Amber Leaf offers a more subtle flavour, with the tobacco a lot drier. This doesn’t make rolling your own cigarettes any more difficult, as there’s enough moisture and malleability
in the tobacco. The tobacco also burns down in a level way, so even the clumsiest of rollers will produce cigarettes that burn down easily, rather then falling apart in one of your fingers.

This isn’t the cheapest of brands out there, but its one of the best value products in the area. You can generally find three different sized packets on offer ...

      • in most stores. The 12.5 gram packets retail for around £2.70, with the bigger 25 gram packets retailing for about £5.70. You can find 50 gram packets available in bigger places like supermarkets for little over £1O pounds, and abroad you’ll find multipacks on offer. A 10 gram packet that sold for around £2 was trialled a little over a year ago, but hasn’t been on the shelves since.

All packets come with a complimentary packet of rolling papers (50 sheets) which is very convenient, saving you one less expense.

This brand is certainly worth your time if you prefer hand rolled cigarettes to the more expensive pre-rolled cigarettes, and if you fancy trying the cheaper option; this is one of the better tobacco brands to try out.
