I wanted to pick up something cheap for lunch today and, after looking around, decided to spend 80 cents on a can of beef ravioli from the brand Great Value.
Since it was a cheaper brand, I wasn’t expecting a
whole lot in terms of quality. But, it ended up exceeding my expectations.
The Great Value ravioli was smaller than expected; really no bigger than what some companies advertise as “mini” ravioli.
But, there was a decent quantity (every part of the can was full) and it proved to be a filling meal.
It also didn’t taste too bad.
I’ve had other cheaper brands that were smothered in a soup-like tomato sauce that added nothing to the taste.
