Well I have bought my laptop the “HP Pavilion dv6700″ roughly 8-9 months ago and it still runs as if it was just shipped from the factory. I’ve been around laptops since I’ve been 5 and this has been by far the best I’ve owned in terms of price, performance and looks. I was lucky enough to get the limited edition version where the pattern on the back of the screen resembles the trunk and just the branches with a few leaves drawn in

thin stripes. The color scheme is absolutely amazing and it is something that would catch everyone’s eyes in a crowd with its deep rich crimson color and sleek design. It weighs in at around 1.5kg

Moving away from its looks I want to talk about its performance as it is a beast! It packs 3 gigs built in ram, a 250 SATA hard drive, Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 1.83Ghz of processing speed. The operating system is windows vista home premium which is a ...

      • down side since I’ve always been a fan of Windows XP. It has an integrated graphic card courtesy of NVIDIA the NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS. It is an entertainment notebook. It has a built in VGA camera and speakers which is pretty clear compared to other web cams.It boasts of a 1280×800 screen size (i.e. 15.1 inches) Games run smother than butter on hot pancakes. How ever you do need to upgrade you processing speed for any heavy games like GRID. Being an entertainment laptop
it tends to cut short on the battery life. Running for just over 3 hours in normal power setting.

I never expected such an enormous package and expected it to be cheap but I was wrong as the bill came up to Rs47,000 (around $1000 Us Dollars). This has to be one of my absolute favorite of my previous laptops, my last one blew up because of over heating. If you ever need to buy a new laptop this one is the way to go!
