This is a single patty, but you can order a double or triple Whopper sandwich with more patties. The single Whopper is big enough for my husband, however (I always opt for the smaller Whopper Jr.

) The Whopper comes with a patty on a sesame seed bun with lettuce, pickles and tomato.

      Although it

only has one patty on it, this burger seems to have more meat than the McDonald’s Big Mac, as the patty is quite thick.

The Whopper does not come with cheese, which my husband does not like because then he has to pay for the addition of cheese on his burger.

      The Whopper has ...

      • 670 calories, 40g of fat, 11g of saturated fat, 80mg of cholesterol, 910mg of sodium, and 48g of carbohydrates.

It has 130 calories more than the Big Mac, 11g more fat than the Big Mac, 3g less saturated fat and 30mg less cholesterol than the Big Mac, so although the numbers vary, it appears

that the Big Mac may be your best choice, although when you’re talking about greasy burgers as a treat on the rare occasion, it probably doesn’t make much difference which one you choose.

Although we like the Whopper, we prefer the Big Mac over it, and surprisingly, the Big Mac actually seems to be better for you.
