  • I'm a fairly picky pen-user, and I prefer roller pens that are inky rather than ballpoints which I find often run dry quickly and make my marks look faded
  • The marks that come out are really dark and look great, and only occasionally after using it for awhile do I notice that there's a slight gap in the trail of ink but otherwise it works great
  • I'd definitely recommend it to people fed up with their ballpoints failing on them and who want a nice fine line instead of the regular thick ink trails

Bic Velocity Gel Pen is a great pen that so far has done quite well for my standards. I’m a fairly picky pen-user, and I prefer roller pens that are inky rather than ballpoints which I find often run dry quickly and make my marks look faded. Here’s a roller pen that has been greater than any other roller pen that I’ve

      used before.

It comes in three great colours, black, blue and red. Pretty standard. They’re actually gel pens, like the colorful ones that all the little girls seem to use to doodle with, but instead they’re in regular colors. However, I find that normal gel pens don’t flow as smoothly as these do as gel pens have a tendency to dry and actually clog inside the pen. This hasn’t happened at all with this pen. The ink, sadly, doesn’t seem to last very long, as I’ve started to notice the ink levels inside the pen decreasing rather rapidly.

It’s got a real nice comfortable cushiony grip, perfect for long agonizing essays which can take more than an hour at a time. My finger just ...

has a slight dent in it (which is really good considering I grip my pens so hard it’s a miracle they don’t break) after an hour and a half of writing.

The marks that come out are really dark and look great, and only occasionally after using it for awhile do I notice that there’s a slight gap in the trail of

ink but otherwise it works great. It’s pretty cheap for a pack of four, although you’ll have to take advantage of the back to school sales and hurry out to get a pack right now. I’d definitely recommend it to people fed up with their ballpoints failing on them and who want a nice fine line instead of the regular thick ink trails.
