The ‘Quiet Man’(directed by John Ford in 1951) is a sweet unadultarated love story between and Irish-American Boxer named Sean Thorton (played by John Wayne) and a hundred percent Irish woman (played by Maureen O’Hara). Her temper is

is being held by her brother.

To get it Sean will have to fight the giant of a man.

But this means choosing between his integrity and his love for his wife.

I can’t give away the whole

      movie.

But between the four stars and audience’s response, this is a movie that will always be called an American classic.

Maybe America wouldn’t be in such trouble if we acted like the citizens of Insifree!
