Milkmaid tea is the first nursing tea that I tried and tested without any complaint. The tea is use to boost production of breastmilk because it contains varieties of herbs that are useful for lactating mothers.

I personally likes the taste but somehow my breastfeed baby does not like it very much.

It was shown clearly because she had stomach ache, fussiness and trouble sleeping whenever I drink the tea and later on breastfeed her.

However, when I check the ingredient with my paed, she mentioned that the product is safe but my daughter may be too small to tolerate the amount of caffeine from the tea.

I was not a tea lover actually but I like to try things in order to boost my milk production.

It is such a waste of a wonderful product and I sincerely hope that other mommies out there can try this product.

I still enjoy the tea whenever I did not breastfeed my daughter and later on in my own time.
