This book is a continuation of the series Nicholas Flammel written by Michael Scott. The first book titled The Alchemist that made a lot of fans fascinated. This story continues after Sophie and her colleagues managed to escape from Dr.

Dee. Sophie who has been trained magic, managed to trick the

      Machiavelli.

Dee chasing them up to Paris. Dee strength combined with Machiavelli’s hard to beat.

This book is still great as the first book. The plot flows quickly, where the incident occurred tense constantly, making the reader will feel curious.

The reader who loves fantasy stories will feel satisfied with the action of the sorcerer magic. Michael Scott is very good at stringing fantasy stories as desired by the reader.

Michael Scott also managed to maintain the habit of each character to be consistent. Readers will be curious about what will happen to each character.

However, the author wishes to involve well-known figures

in the history of the world, too forced. In this book, there are two well-known figures who appeared, Niccolo Machiavelli and Joan d’arc.

For who knows the story of their lives, may be a bit annoyed with the style of manipulation by Scott. However, this novel is promising for readers who like fantasy stories.
