      I think season 6 is the season the show started to jump the shark a bit and it was probably time. There were several good episodes out of

      this season but many of them had a re-hashed plot (a major who gets his soldiers killed, marital problems, etc). The season started with Frank Burns’ departure, eliminating the straight guy that’s needed to make comedy work.
