      Here is a rich, filling dish for a cold winter night. You will need: 1 pack of egg noodles 1 lb hamburger meat ½ pack of sour cream 2 cans of cream & mushroom soup 1-2 small cans of mushrooms ½ stick of butter or margarine

      /> 1/3 cup of chopped onion some garlic powder and salt Start boiling the noodles and, while they are being cooked, work on the sauce.

      Place the hamburger meat on a large greased frying pan and fry it on low/medium heat, stirring and mashing in into pieces ...

        Dice the onion, place it in a separate pan, add the butter or margarine and fry until the butter melts and the onion becomes soft and a little yellow.

        Then pour it all, onion and butter, into the pan with the meat.

        Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, garlic powder, and salt.

        Mix it all together and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

        When the noodles are done, drain them, add the sauce (there is going to be a lot of it, a whole pan, but don’t worry, that’s the way it should be).

        Mix well and serve!
