  • Though it sounds very expensive, it is actually a simple recipe with simple ingredients - - - but amazing results if you know how to cook it right
  • Transfer it into a baking dish and roast in 320 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven, or until done, or into desired stage (I like mine a little overdone)
  • You would definitely feel like you are dining out, but for little cost

Are you tired of the same food you have on the fridge every day? Are you so much into microwavable and instant foods? I bet you don’t want to eat out as often as you want to either. Well who doesn’t want to eat out, but it’s our pockets that’s gonna hurt afterward.

We all do know eating out makes you pay a lot of money for something you can make yourself at home. I don’t understand the notion that people eat out to taste good food. The truth is, the

better food is at home. It is cheaper, healthier, and safer.

If you want to save money, and trips to fast foods, yet enjoy the cooking of specialty restaurants, then I guess you should learn how to cook the food they serve on these places. Maybe we should start off with on special menu, the Creamy Pepper Steak.

Though it sounds very expensive, it is actually a simple recipe with simple ingredients - - - but amazing results if you know how to cook it right. So I’m gonna teach you how ...

      • to do it. But first, you have to prepare the following: 1 piece tenderloin steak (about a kilo), ¼ cup butter, ¼ cup rich beef stock, ½ to 1 teaspoon of salt (depends on how you want your steak – a little bland or salty, it’s up to you), 2 tablespoons whole black pepper (freshly pounded) and ½ cup sour cream.

You have to trim the tenderloin and coat with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in heave frying pan and brown the tenderloin. Transfer it into a baking dish and

roast in 320 degrees for 20 minutes in the oven, or until done, or into desired stage (I like mine a little overdone). Remove the meat from the pan and set in a warm place. Dissolve all drippings in the pan with the beef stock. Add it to heavy frying pan where the tenderloin was browned. Heat it thoroughly and add sour cream. Now, slice the tenderloin and pour sour cream on the top. Then serve it!

You would definitely feel like you are dining out, but for little cost! Enjoy!
