  • The problem with this episode is you had two potentially good stories that were cut short because they tried to put them into one episode
  • I think they would have been better off breaking them apart and producing two episodes instead

I watched a re-run of The Simpson’s yesterday, Brawl in the Family, and wasn’t very impressed with it. The episode starts out with the Republican Party doing something evil and trying to destroy the environment, which leads to acid rain and, since the family is stuck indoors without TV, they

      end up playing Monopoly.

Of course, the game leads to a big argument that causes the entire Simpsons family to be put in jail and be assigned a social worker.

That part of the episode was very dull and they end up chasing the guy away when Homer’s vegas wife ...

      • shows up and he’s forced to care for both women.

That leads to him being kicked out of his house and having to decide how to win Marge back.

The problem with this episode is you had two potentially good stories that were cut short because they tried to put

        them into one episode.

I think they would have been better off breaking them apart and producing two episodes instead.

Because they didn’t, the episode just wasn’t that great.

This is an episode I wouldn’t watch again if I was forced to.

And I hope you don’t have the misfortune of having to watch it either.
