      I know how of tough it is to decide what to serve for the next meal. I am a mother of two, and I always make it a point to serve really healthy food, and have to be complete with all the essential nutrients. But if I really want that, I end up serving two or three of different kinds of food ever meal to make sure my kids has taken vegetables, protein and some sources of carbohydrates.

      will solve this problem are complete meals like Beef and Fried Noodles. It has all the goodness you need from all food groups, into one simple recipe. If you follow these simple steps I will teach you, you’ll be sure to make this recipe over and over again. For the first time you serve it on the table, your husband and kids will surely tell you to make it again the next time.

      You need the following to make the Beef and Fried Noodles: half a kilo of beef tenderloin, 2 tablespoons of white wine, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, a teaspoon of sugar, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 cups of cooking oil for deep fat frying, ¼ cup of stock, 4 pieces dried mushroom, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, one whole medium-sized onion (sliced), a cut of beef tongue (trimmed from both ends), and half a kilo of noodles (I do not suggest the dry noodles, the fresh ones works better), some frozen green ...

      First, you have to measure 6 cups of water in a pan. Then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and a teaspoon of salt, then bring them all into a full boil. Drop the beef all at once. Cook it for twenty minutes, and stir constantly. When done, drain out the excess fat. Put back the beef in the pan, then add the sliced onions, soy sauce and sugar. Add the long tongue, then cook for about

      fifteen minutes.

      Now, fry the noodles in portions, browning the bottom and top (like what you do with pancakes). Then arrange the fried noodles on a platter. Pour the beef mixture on top of it. Garnish with green peas. Sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil then serve.
