I like the show Psych and think it is one of the better comedies on TV right now. But, last night’s episode “High Noon-ish” was a bit lame by the standards I’ve come to expect from the series.

Shawn and Gus are recruited to help the owner of an old west

town figure out who is causing vandalism.

While there, they stumble upon the body of a millionaire who had been trying to buy the property but was being refused by the owner; leading the owner to be the top suspect in his murder.

Shawn pretending to be an old west sheriff ...

      • was a bit much; especially since they didn’t seem to make any real effort to pretend he was a psychic this time around.

At some point, I think someone should have caught on to their scam.

And what the heck was up with Lassiter and that gunfighting scene at the end

        of the episode.

Do cops really allow for things like that to happen.

I think someone would have put the suspect down long before he pulled his gun rather than risk getting shot or having a bystander get shot.

It was an OK episode but I definitely have seen better from this series by a long shot.
