      Ingredient: Bombayduck Fish 600 gm Red chilli powder 6 gm Garlic half teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Tamarind 20 gm (seed less) Vinegar 12ml Oil Method: Clean the Bombayduck Fish with normal clean

      water and keep it in a dish Add Red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Salt, Tamarind and Vinegar in a dish and mix them and grind them well into a fine paste Spread the Red chilli powder,
