  • If you’re fond of playing PS2, I suggest you try Onimusha Blade Warriors (some are sold with Onimusha Buraiden names on it - - - but basically it’s the same game inside)
  • Treasure chests appear every once in a while during a battle on different locations and these chests can contain different items from star blades to laser cannons and wacky weapons (my favourite is the huge hammer you can use to doze off your opponent)
  • The game itself is very interesting and will give you great fighting experience

If you’re fond of playing PS2, I suggest you try Onimusha Blade Warriors (some are sold with Onimusha Buraiden names on it - - - but basically it’s the same game inside). It’s not a new game produced by Capcom, but if you haven’t tried this, then I’m sure you’re missing one great game in the gaming history.

The game has both the story mode and the versus mode. Like any fighting game, Blade Warriors gives you a number of different characters to

choose from. Initially, you get to choose from 12 fighters. But along the way, you can unlock special characters. Like most games too, its fighting system is pretty basic, with an attack and kick and you’ll come across items and weapons as you play. Most of these are somewhat standard, such as a long sword or samurais. But you’ll also get to encounter outrageous stuff, like a large fan, a baseball bat, and even a machine gun. The game allows you ...

      • to string together a few different attacks with its combo moves. But aside from attacks, there are positional moves to be made like dashing, changing planes, and slipping behind an enemy.

Fighting in Onimusha Blade Warriors seems to take place on multiple different planes. Treasure chests appear every once in a while during a battle on different locations and these chests can contain different items from star blades to laser cannons and wacky weapons (my favourite is the huge hammer you can use

to doze off your opponent). Other chests contain elemental orbs for the characters’ magic abilities.

The main object in the game is to collect as many souls as possible which you can use as points to upgrade your category. That makes this game very unique compared to other PS2 games. The game itself is very interesting and will give you great fighting experience. With its very cool graphics, and fancy looking swords, this game will easily become one of your favourites as it is mine.
