Fried Kway Teow is a local dish that can be found in many parts of Asia. It is normally sold in hawker centers and food stalls. You can even get the dish without spending so much money. In my country, I can buy a Fried Kway Teow dish for around $3.00 and there are even

some prawns added, sometimes occasional cut out meats and fish-balls plus eggs.

You can choose to eat it with curry sauce, ketchup or with spicy curry and stuff like that. This dish is best eaten hot and spicy. I love it so much but a word of caution though. This food is fried and ...

      • it may contain certain calories. So try to cut your eating of this dish to a minimal.

I’ve talked to some people whom are good at preparing Fried Kway Teow and they told me that to make it nice and yummy, break around 2-3 eggs and making sure that the mix is well done. After

the normal onions, chili and the sauce are again mixed well, add the Kway Teow and stir well. You will definitely find your Kway Teow to be kind of sticky but very delicious. Just try 1 spoonful of the Kway Teow and you will be wanting more. Especially if you love the flavor of spiciness.
