    Recently i also play the baoding balls.
    Bcoz i really feel my finger are not freely.
    I do not want to this will result serious illness.
    I sure know the baoding balls can solve this problem.
    After palying 15 minutes, the finger seems become a little expending. i can hold the balls more easily.
