      If you are looking for a weight loss plan to follow that will increase your success rate then you really need to give Weight Watchers a try!

      This plan is totally customizable to fit each person’s individual needs! This is an important factor for people to stick to the plan and become successful.

      am following an older program of Weight Watchers which is called Flex Points. This plan is simple to learn. Each person falls into a daily point range. This point value is the amount of points that you are allowed to eat each day and still lose weight.

      Each and every food is ...

      • assigned a point value. Based on your daily allowance, you can choose to eat anything as long as you stay within your point range each day.

        Plus you receive an extra 35 points that you can use each week in any way that you wish. You can split them up throughout the week,

        use some or none. It is up to you, but they are there if you need or want to use them.

        I was amazed at how much food I was able to eat on this plan and still lose weight each and every week. It is just amazing and you do not feel deprived!
