This one is a great movie. I just loved this movie. It released on 24th of February, 2006. This film is directed by Milan Luthria who has done a brilliant job. This movie is pretty different from the typical Bollywood films. The protagonist of the film is played by Nana Patekar and John Abraham. Nana Patekar is one of the best actors of India and John is hot.

Nana plays the role of Raghu Shashtri, a taxi driver by profession and John plays the role of Jai Mittal, a spoilt, rich son of an industrialist. Sameera Reddy plays Johns girlfriend and Sonali Kulkarni plays wife of Nana Patekar. The movie opens with a funny description of Raghu Sashtri in the voice of Sanjay Dutt. It is explained to the audience that Raghu has changed 23 jobs in the span of 15 years due to his rude, funny and cynical nature. On the

other hand Jai is also rude, funny and cynical being a spoilt rich son of an industrialist. Now Jais father passes away making a will that all the inheritance will go to his friend Bajaj.

Jai opposes this will at the court of law. He is supposed to present a will claiming inheritance in his favour. Well he leaves for the court hiring Raghus taxi of number 9211. Raghu is in debt of Rs. 30, 000. He has said his wife he is an insurance agent but in reality he is actually a taxi driver.

Jai hires Raghus taxi and ask him to drive fast. The dialogues at this scene are hilarious. I just love it. Jai offers money to Raghu to drive fast and to break rules assuring that he will manage if police come. Jai unwillingly agrees as he needs money to pay his debt. Soon he knocks into an accident ...

      • and in the chaotic situation Jai leaves without keeping his words of managing the situation.

Raghu gets annoyed at it and he finds a key at the back seat of his taxi which belongs to Jai. Raghu flees from the situation and later is arrested by the police but again he flees. Jai needs the key desperately as it is the key of a safe where his fathers will is kept nominating him as the successor of the huge Rs. 300 crore wealth. Now begins the chase between Raghu and Jai. Raghu won’t give him the key and Jai wants it desperately.

Here many funny and hilarious incidents take place. Raghu tough rude at face but he is good at heart gives the key to Jai and similar Jai rude at face but good at heart helps Raghu too. The film has displayed the changing of the nature of the protagonists in

a time period of one day from being rude to being humble. At the last it is revealed that both the lead characters have taken birth on the same day sharing their birthday. It is fun film. Watching the process of the humbling down of both the characters is wonderful and funny.

It is a great movie. Sameera Reddy has done a good job. Sonali Kulkarni playing the typical Maharashtrian lady is amazing. The emotional scenes between Raghu and his wife are lovely to watch. The little boy playing Raghus son is very sweet. The movie is set in Mumbai and has a Maharashtrian feel in it.

The music of the film is composed by Vishal and Shekhar. They did a great work. The best song of the film is Bombai Nagariya sung by Bappi Lahiri. All the actors have done an amazing job. It is a very entertaining film. I loved it.
