        The one really intriguing thing that sprang from the Mother of Invention episode is that we learn how and why Jeremiah first began writing letters to his father. I’ve always liked this part of the show and how the letters are burned as a way of mailing them. It’s different

        and a great piece of lore that is distinctive to this show.

        Spencer Achtymichuk played Gabe, the could-be child of Jeremiah.

        Overall, Jeremiah: Mother of Invention is pretty good. Grdevich is compelling and you’re on edge wondering just how the show is going to evolve. It’s not their best, but it does work.
