Jeremiah: Journeys End in Lovers Meeting was a little different in theme, and I rather enjoyed it because it dealt with belief. Belief isn’t tangible; it’s deep inside, part of the heart and soul. If you believe, you understand, and those who don’t believe always seek proof.

Kurdy (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) becomes engaged in

the practices and beliefs of a group of non-violent travelers. Jeremiah (Luke Perry) remains skeptical. When this part of the story comes to a conclusion, it’s up to the viewer to decide just what that ending is, and that’s a great way for it to conclude.

Krista Rae and Alessandro Juliani guest star,

      • both adding to the drama appropriately.

One of the nice spots in Journeys End in Lovers Meeting is when Kurdy reads aloud to the religious travelers a poem he’d written. It’s really quite good, and even Jeremiah joined in the applause at the end. I love how Kurdy is developing. Warner is

        truly shining in this role.

Overall, Journeys End in Lovers Meeting was a good program worth watching. It had that magic I like to see in episodes and it was solid throughout. It didn’t try to answer questions; instead, it just left it up to the belief of the individuals. That was the perfect touch.
