    • Item: Austin Powers (PG-13, 1999) movie Location: by: Famous

This is the Austin Powers sequel that was actually BETTER than the original. Mike Myers and Heather Graham have fantastic “chemistry” onscreen.

      But what’s

really good about this film is the addition of characters, like Mini-me.

Verne Troyer is both strange and delightful as Dr.

      Evil’s little silent accomplice.

The reason this movie worked so well, is because the references to 1960’s pop ...

      • culture fit perfectly into the humor of the film.

The double meanings, and sexual innuendos are plentiful but clever.

Another character that completely set this movie off is Fat Bastard.

After this movie was released, I

can recall many different people reciting lines from this film.

The situations Fat Bastard finds himself in, are simply disgusting.

The repulsiveness of the humor is what I really liked in particular about this movie.

        It’s crude, but never tacky.
