      After the success of Spike Lee’s Kings of Comedy, Steve Purcell directed a version called the Queens


      of Comedy. This is by far much much worse than Spike’s movie.

      First of all, the lineup of Sommore, Mo’Nique, Laura Hayes (from BET), and Adele Givens ...


      • was just too much for me.

        I find all their humor to be extremely crass, and not particularly intelligent.

        Almost all of them dove into raunchy sexual

        jokes, or tasteless ones relating to race, gender, and financial status.

        But none of the jokes in my opinion was really funny.

        They really sound like regurgitated versions of humor that has already been done better.

        I’d just skip this one all around.
