The most common problem when an infant take her bath is the shampoo getting into her eyes causing tears, which may cause a baby to fear taking a bath. I remember one of my nieces not wanting to take a bath anymore after the shampoo her mom was using for her got into her eyes, causing it to be irritated. She always cries when it is time to take a bath. And being a first time mom, I am afraid that this will happen to my child. Imagine an infant getting shampoo on her eyes causing tears, and worse

getting it irritated and infected. That was why I was very careful in choosing a baby shampoo for my first (and only) daughter. Being a first time mom, it was not easy for me to choose, especially since there are a lot of baby shampoos available in the market these days. I can only rely on other mother’s recommendations, and hope that what they are using will also be good for my child.

      • shampoos available. Johnson’s No More Tears is hypoallergenic, and as advertised is dermatologist tested. And I am glad I tried it first because Johnson’s No More Tears Baby Shampoo meets all my expectations when it comes to baby shampoos.

First, it is so gentle that even if it accidentally got into my child’s eyes, her eyes did not get irritated. Truly it is a “No More Tears” baby shampoo. Second, it is not only gentle to my child’s eyes but most importantly to her hair, leaving it shiny and tangle free. Third, it has a nice smell that leaves

my baby’s hair smelling fresh and clean with just a tinge of sweetness that made her more adorable especially to her dad. From day one until my daughter turned 4 years old, she only used Johnson’s No More Tears Baby Shampoo. I only had to change it when my daughter turned four since she became active and more exposed to sun and dirt that I felt that the gentleness of this shampoo is not enough to thoroughly clean her hair and scalp anymore. But nevertheless, because of my experience with this product, I will definitely use it on my next baby.
