      Mint chutney is a very healthy side dish for plain rice. Here is my recipe: Mint leaves -1 cup Lemon juice-11/2 tbsp Garlic -2 pods Ginger-1 tsp chopped Coconut -1/2 cup Green chilly-2

      /> Salt-as per taste.

      Now grind all these.

      This is a vey healthy and easy recipe to be done at home.

      You can also use this chutney to make mint rice.

      • a pinch of mustard.

        Then add the chutney mixture stir for i min and add plain white rice.

        Mint is a good antioxidant.

        Lemon juice is a rich source of vitamin C.

        Garlic is

        good for cough and cold.

        Ginger can be used for stomach upsets and vomiting.

        So a recipe with all these products is also very healthy.

        This is a recipe you can make at home if you want to cook in a jiffy.
