  • This is a very simple everyday Indian dish

      Ingredients: 1. Moong Pulse – 250 gm 2. Sugar – 1 teaspoon 3.

      Red chilli – 1 to 2 4. Green chilli – 2 to 3 5.

      Garam Masala powder – 1 teaspoon 6. Salt – ? teaspoon 7.

      Jeera powder


      – 1 teaspoon 8. Ghee 9.

      Water Method: 1. Fry Moong pulse plain without oil or ghee in a vessel on medium flame for 2 minutes and keep it in a dish 2.

      • water for 5 minutes on high flame and then add the fried Moong pulse in it 3. Boil it for 2 minutes on medium flame 4.

        Add Sugar, Salt, Green chillies and Garam Masala in it

        and stir well 5. Cook till its done 6.

        Heat up Ghee, Red chilli and Jeera powder in another vessel on medium flame 7. Add it to the main Moong pulse preparation and stir well 8.
