M*A*S*H: Mr. and Mrs. Who? is pretty funny. From the eighth season of this hit comedy, Major Charles Emerson Winchester III (David Ogden Stiers) returns from spending time in Tokyo. He had such a good time that he doesn’t remember a thing. Thus he’s thrown when he receives

a communication that his wife will be arriving shortly.

Claudette Nevins guest stars in Mr. and Mrs. Who? as the mystery bride, and she’s perfect in this role. She’s actually very believable and there’s some workable chemistry there between her character and Winchester.

I really enjoyed this little story. It was ...

      • new and fun, and everyone played it to the hilt. It was a great concept that had a lot of genuine humor in it.

The other part of the show dealt with a soldier who has a medical problem needing the doctors’ attention. James Keane guest stars as Corporal Shaw,

who suffers from a painfully embarrassing but real problem. I’m not that fond of this plot. It’s just not my style. There’s nothing wrong with it other than not luring me in and holding my interest.

Still, Mr. and Mrs. Who? is worth watching for the Winchester element alone.
