  • Honestly I had no idea so many people wore false lashes and I didn’t even noticed the lash section of the cosmetics aisle until after my first month there
  • Ardell lashes on average sells for about $3.95, much more affordable than any decent false eyelashes out there that can cost up to $15-$20
  • For the price the quality is very good and it’s made with real human hair which is something I prefer out of false eyelashes
  • I’m also disappointed in the selection because most of it looks similar with minor differences, there aren’t enough fun, unique styles to choose from
  • Despite the negatives about Ardell false eyelashes I’d still recommend it

I first learned about false eyelashes while working as a beauty advisor at Walgreens. Honestly I had no idea so many people wore false lashes and I didn’t even noticed the lash section of the cosmetics aisle until after my first month there. It wasn’t until a year after I left Walgreens that I tried false lashes for the first time. I’ve heard loads of great reviews on Ardell lashes so I went out and bought my first pair and I’ve been a fan ever since.

Like most beauty products there are positives and negatives. The good points about Ardell false eyelashes is that

you can find it at just about every drug store and beauty store for very affordable prices. Ardell lashes on average sells for about $3.95, much more affordable than any decent false eyelashes out there that can cost up to $15-$20. For the price the quality is very good and it’s made with real human hair which is something I prefer out of false eyelashes. I also like that Ardell has a fairly big selection of lash styles to choose from and it’s easy to wear because there’s are step-by-step instructions on the back. The instructions on the back really came in handy ...

      • for me when I was starting out with my first pair of fake lashes.

There are some cons to Ardell lashes though. Although Ardell offers a wide selection more often than not only the most popular five can be found at any drug store. If you want to find the whole Ardell false lash collection you’ll have to go to a beauty store like Sally’s. I’m also disappointed in the selection because most of it looks similar with minor differences, there aren’t enough fun, unique styles to choose from. I know false lashes are suppose to make your eyes pop but these tend

to be super long and too obviously fake looking. Another disappointment to me is the Ardell website, as far as I can see I’m not able to order their lashes from them and can only get it from a store or whoever sells it online. My last complaint is that their lashes don’t come with lash glue like most other brands do. I normally only use Duo lash glue but it always comes in handy if a lash pack comes with it’s own glue.

Despite the negatives about Ardell false eyelashes I’d still recommend it. It’s a very good quality product for a very affordable price.
