  • Both meals were cooked to perfection and the chicken was so tender, and the chips were golden and crispy just how I like them
  • We were quite full so didn't order a starter or dessert though there was a large choice of both, and next time we go we will definitely make room for a three course mael to sample more of the menu
  • This is a fantastic place to eat, the food was cooked loveely, the scenery was amazing and the price was very reasonable

The New Inn is a small country pub in the middle of a picturesque little village called East Bierley.

Though the village is only 10 minutes away from a very busy road leading to the city centre of Bradford City, you would think you were in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales.

I have been going to the New Inn for many, many years for the odd occasional drink but mainly for meals.

The New Inn is a traditional

old ale pub but has a large conservatory which is panelled off from the rest of the pub, and is used as the restaurant.

It seats only around 50 guests and has approx 12 tables in total but this is what makes it special.

We tend to sit at a particular table that out the window overlooks the neighbouring golf course, which is a nice view when eating.

The menu mainly caters for British food ranging from roast chicken ...

      • dinners, large yorkshire puddings with gravy to bangers and mash.

We ate there last week and my husband ordered the steak and chips which he said was perfect (£9.95) and I ordered the grilled chicken breast and chips and salad (£7.95).

Both meals were cooked to perfection and the chicken was so tender, and the chips were golden and crispy just how I like them.

We were quite full so didn’t order a starter or dessert though there

was a large choice of both, and next time we go we will definitely make room for a three course mael to sample more of the menu.

This is a fantastic place to eat, the food was cooked loveely, the scenery was amazing and the price was very reasonable.

The staff who attended us were fairly young but were very polite, well dressed and well spoken and kept asking if everything was okay and did we require any more drinks etc.

        Highly recommended
