This is a review on Three’s ‘Pay as you go’ Mobile Broadband which is accessed by connecting the Three dongle to a Pc or Laptop via usb 2.0.
The coverage of three’s broadband is apparently the largest in the country, which is good as other companies’ dongles tend to loose connection from time to time, often without warning or reason.
The performance of the service is fairly good, with
a constant speed of around 3.6 mbps (megabytes per second) in a 3g area, pages load with acceptable speed although it is fair to say that it cannot compete with the usual land-line broadband. There are different speeds which the broadband runs at, 3g being the standard and slowest, and HSDPA being the fastest.
