      In Week 8 of The Apprentice - UK, the candidates had to become produce manufacturers and sellers, thereby leaving the comfort of London for the countryside. The two teams were told to negotiate with the farmers for some raw produce and then they were to take that produce and make it into something sellable. The team that sold the most product at the farmer’s market was the winner.

      Ben headed up one team, with Raj heading the other team. As

      I watched, I was amazed at Paul’s arrogance. He’s never gotten along with Saire, and now it’s like he’s consumed with needing to not just win but trounce the other team. Paul is on Ben’s team.

      • task after task, she finds a way of talking down her adversaries. It’s very rare that she hasn’t gotten her way. While that might be overbearing, it’s saved her team a lot of money and has helped to win the various tasks.

        It was actually entertaining watching these business people try to prepare these foods for market and then sell them. They scrambled, but it actually wasn’t even close. Ben’s team lost by a large margin, and while Miriam

        Staley’s poor buying judgment almost cost her, it was Ben whose quietness got his fired. Paul was on the verge of getting axed, though, and I really think he should have gone instead of Ben. He has no spine, but he sure knows how to blame others.

        Sir Alan Sugar puts Donald Trump to shame with his prize for the winners in this task. He flew them to Monaco and even gave them gambling money. Now that was a good deal.
