One of the movies I always enjoy watching is Cary Grant’s last film, Walk Don’t Run, from 1966. Grant was such a wonderful talent. I really regret that he felt like his fans wouldn’t want to see him as a non-romantic lead in a movie. I think he could have gone on to do so much more, even if it wasn’t the romance stories that were so

The fun comes when Jim Hutton shows up as Steve Davis and earns Rutland’s curiosity. In actuality, Rutland becomes a matchmaker between the two, and it’s just a lot of merry ole fun from then on

The ending is the capper for me. It has to do with a fertility statue, but I won’t spoil the fun for those who haven’t seen it. If you’ve never watched Walk Don’t Run, rent it and give it a try. The acting is great, and it’s very entertaining to watch.
